Oil Blow-By from the PCV system degrades your truck's fuel octane, coats your F's intake manifold and valves in carbon build-up, and contributes to intercooler condensation, all of which lead to poor running and possible maintenance issues down the road. The system reroutes the PCV tubing from your truck's cylinder heads to a highly efficient catch can system, while the delete blocks off the PCV's intake manifold port so that blow-by gasses never have the chance to enter your F EcoBoost's intake manifold in the first place.

Everything bolts right in, allowing you to easily remove the system later, if you need. My truck was tuned stock. I believe it just needs more airflow and am thinking of cutting a big hole in the skidplate, and perhaps opening up the grille by taking out the honeycomb like the GT's.

The Full Race EcoBoost throttle body spacer easily installs right between your truck's factory throttle body and intake manifold, and doesn't require tuning or other upgrades. The spacer's fittings can accept practically any gauge or blow-off valve on the market, but Full Race does highly recommend using a dedicated vacuum line with no T-fittings on mechanical BOVs.

I have the 73mm aftermarket throttle body on 3. Asked by: r. This throttle body space will work just fine with a Bk 73mm throttle body. Asked by: kyle allman fecoboost 3. That type of setup would not work. The fittings are capable of fitting an air line that can be used for a custom BOV setup, but there is no place on this throttle body spacer to mount up the Turbosmart Kompacts at all.

Will this spacer work on a F 3. What are the benefits other than the ports? None, really. If I have turbosmart bov already installed can I still install this spacer strictly for a boost gauge?? Yup, absolutely. That being said, the spacer is still an excellent choice if you're going to add a water-meth kit down the road. I don't plan on doing a meth kit down the road only a catch can. Unplug IAT sensor after airbox. Using a 7mm socket, loosen clamps and remove Intake tube from airbox. Remove the push pin retainers, remove the radiator air deflector and intake inlet.

Save clips for later — do not lose them. Remove the clips holding the grill cover and intake inlet. Gently pry the center up until it unlocks, then pull on the larger round base to remove. Using 10mm socket, remove 4 10mm bolts that hold grille assembly to core support. Remove four 10mm bolts that hold grille assembly to core support. Disconnect the two electrical connectors and washer hose underneath radiator air deflector.

Also unclip the grille harness plastic push-clip from grille. Remove clip from the top of the headlight surrounds, there will be one on each side. Remove the headlamp assembly trim panel. Gently pry on headlight surrounds by hand only, starting from the side closest to the grill. Remove —or- Trim plastic shroud below the radiator. There are Christmas tree clips that hold it tight under the radiator these can be difficult to access. You can use a razor blade or 3. Unbolt two 13mm bolts that hold the upper intercooler support to the frame.

Unbolt shutter system for intercooler: four 8mm bolts hold it in place. Two on the top that goes into the frame rail, and two that are accessible by removing the black plastic covers on the front bumper.
